About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse https://ecomapi.mirindaweb.com/, create or use an account, contact us, or place an order with Genzaurra. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
Who Can Order
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase and must provide accurate, current contact and delivery information. If you order for another person, you confirm that you have permission to provide their details and accept delivery on their behalf.
Products and Fragrance Experience
Genzaurra sells unisex 50ml Eau de Parfum products. We aim to describe and photograph each product accurately, but screen colours and minor packaging details may differ. Fragrance perception, projection and longevity vary with skin chemistry, climate, storage and application. An 8–12-hour tested longevity range is a performance reference, not a promise of identical results for every wearer.
Prices, Availability and Offers
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and may change before an order is accepted. The product price, delivery charge and any valid discount shown at checkout form the order total. Products and promotions are subject to availability and any clearly displayed offer conditions. If an obvious price, description or stock error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfilment and may cancel the affected item with an explanation.
Placing and Accepting an Order
Submitting checkout creates a request to purchase; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify your name, phone number, address and order details. An order is accepted when Genzaurra confirms it for fulfilment or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, delivery information cannot be verified, there is an obvious error, the address is outside our supported area, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. We will notify you where reasonably possible.
Payment and Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout. Please keep the order amount ready and ensure someone can receive the parcel at the supplied address. Any additional payment option introduced later will be governed by the details displayed at checkout and the relevant payment provider’s terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Nationwide delivery currently costs PKR 250 per order, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days after confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Public holidays, weather, remote locations, courier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delay. Keep your phone available for confirmation and courier contact.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help if the order has not been packed or handed to the courier, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. An address change may also affect delivery timing or availability.
Returns, Delivery Issues and Claims
Claims are limited to verified damaged, leaking or incorrect items and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Change of mind, scent preference, ordering the wrong product, and other opened or used products are not eligible under this store policy. Send your order number, explanation and clear photos of the parcel, packaging and product. Keep everything until our team confirms the next step, and do not return an item without instructions.
Safe Product Use
Perfume is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken or irritated skin. Keep away from children, direct heat and open flame, and allow sprayed areas to dry before approaching a flame because alcohol-based fragrance is flammable. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where needed.
Accounts, Reviews and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login details secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, or upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. By submitting content for publication, you give Genzaurra non-exclusive permission to display it for that purpose, subject to moderation.
Intellectual Property
The Genzaurra name, branding, website copy, original graphics, photographs and other site content are owned by or licensed to Genzaurra. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows limited use.
Website and Third-Party Services
We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Hosting, WooCommerce, couriers, payment providers, analytics tools and external links may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. Genzaurra is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
Liability and Mandatory Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Genzaurra is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a conflict exists between these terms and a mandatory legal right, that legal right will apply.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our products, website, store operations or legal obligations change. The updated version and date will appear on this page. Terms in force when your order was accepted will normally govern that order unless a legal requirement says otherwise.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. If a concern arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court, consumer forum or authority that has lawful jurisdiction.
